Questions
Is there a release date or an App Store link?
No. The game is not released yet, so there is nothing to download. This page and the App Store listing will say so when that changes.
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No. Sudoku Dungeon has no accounts and no network code at all. It works in flight mode.
Does it have in-app purchases or ads?
No. The plan is a single purchase, then everything is there.
I made a mistake and lost a life. Can I undo it?
No: a wrong digit is refused and costs a life, that is the rule of the game. The Second Chance, Snail Slime and Boot relics soften it, and the lessons explain how to avoid it.
Is it really never necessary to guess?
That is the promise, and the game checks it for every board. If you ever find a board where you had to guess, please write to us with the seed (shown at the end of every run); that is a bug we want to fix. See how it works.
How do I continue a run I stopped?
Your run is saved after every move. Open the game and choose Resume.
Can I play the same run as a friend?
Yes. A run is decided entirely by its seed; share the seed and you get the same boards and the same relics.
Where is my progress stored? How do I delete it?
In one small file on your device. Deleting the app deletes it. Nothing is sent anywhere and nothing is backed up by the game itself.
Will it be on Android?
Not planned.
Which languages and devices?
English and Dutch, on iPhone and iPad. Large text, a calm mode without movement and screen reader labels are in Settings.
